1、Participate in company strategic planning, make suggestions and participate in decision-making；

二、Production management

1、Completion of product output: according to the enterprise's annual production target, organize and formulate a schedule, formulate quality and safety measures, check and implement the assessment requirements, and ensure the full completion of the enterprise's product output.；

2、On-site management: according to the requirements of the company's on-site management, organize guidance and implement supervisors to ensure that the production site management meets the standards；

3、Organization and coordination: according to the problems in the production operation process, responsible for coordinating all kinds of management, technical and operational problems in the whole process of product input and output, regularly reviewing all kinds of statements and documents, dealing with emergencies, coordinating and correcting contradictions between classes, put forward corrective measures to ensure the effective operation of the company's production process.；

4、Cost control: according to the annual cost index issued by the company, organize decomposition and implementation to the relevant subordinate departments, examine and approve special assessment methods for key costs, and examine and approve various expenses according to authority regulations, ensure the normal operation of production management projects and ensure the effective control of cost in the production process.。

三、Quality management

1、Leaders establish and improve the quality management system, organize the implementation, supervision and inspection；

2、Organize, implement, supervise and regulate various processes and quality indicators in the production process.；

3、Grasp the quality status in the production process at any time, coordinate the communication and cooperation among various departments, and solve the problems in production in time.；

四、Purchasing management

1、Guide, supervise and control the operation of procurement and the implementation of annual procurement cost reduction measures；

五、Warehousing management

1、Supervise and guide the warehousing management。

Job requirements

Training experience: trained in management, leadership development, enterprise strategic management, strategic human resource management, finance, etc.

Work experience: at least 5 years working experience in production management coordination in manufacturing industry.

Skills: familiar with the production process of the industry, familiar with the supply channels of raw materials; familiar with production procedures and quality standards; have some financial and legal knowledge.

Work attitude: excellent leadership, judgment and decision-making skills, planning and execution skills, communication skills, negotiation skills; able to work under pressure; able to lead the team, good team spirit.
